Cardiff Chiropractic was founded along the beaches of Encinitas in 1979. Dr Romero could be found riding on the waves and doing adjustments right on the sand. He created Chango Balance Products, a line of balancing boards and tools that instantly became a sensation and were soon found in Olympic training rooms and catalogues all around the country.
